Don't forget what RG said about a new deal, with a company
having 2000 items "Shop 4 has been brought up in the past.

I will try to find out about Shop 4.com. This is not hype just trying to do some DD.

"VIPER"

Suzanne,

I just made a call to someone I know in the business that tried to breakdown the numbers for me. He spoke from experience with tracking of prior accounts.

80m hits should equate to about 10 pages/person. That could be 8 million people/month or possibly as low as 5 million. We don't know how many are regular users or just first time lookers. That may not matter much as those averages may be normal with all portals.

About 3-5% will probably be looking for music.

It will be important for TSIG to have a banner or preferably a square with eye catching color and graphics that follows the user from page to page.

Probably 1/3 of the people will go into the MyNettaxi. If there is a following banner or square, 3-5% of those should go to MyMusicCard at that time.

As the individual continues to travel/shop through the Nettaxi or MyNettaxi site and keeps running into the banner or square the percentages should remain the same for music to pick up the same percentages of the remaining people. I thought it was odd that the percentages remained relatively the same as the people traveled through the site but he said they would come at any point they reached decision crossroad and it turns out to be important the banner or square be there for that decision.

For calculation purposes, if you are game, I would use 6 million individuals and 3% for what sounded like a low number. There will be no way to really know until there has been several months of exposure with tracking numbers. Remember these are only educated guesses for now.

Hi Suzanne - I'm really getting excited about the NetTaxi deal. NetTaxi is now up to more than 90 million page views per month from 80 million. NetTaxi is currently # 15 on the 100 hottest web sites. As a point of reference Amazon.com is currently # 8. :~):~)

"Hi Tim and ALL,

Again... from my conversation with Rob Gordon this morning.

We will be building a MyNettaxiMusicCard site... almost the same as our "MyMusicCard"
site, but with Nettaxi's name substituted. It is anticipated to be up and running in 4-6 weeks
maximum on the Nettaxi website.

Most important!! It IS an exclusive!! In a few weeks, when our "MyNettaxiMusicCard"
site is up, we will be the sole source of music, DVDs, etc. on Nettaxi... and they (Nettaxi)
are going to promote it heavily. The day we're up on Nettaxi's site... the others (banner ads
for the competition) will be gone!"
