Dear Vpelt and all: I have received many emails and pm's from people wanting to see the complaint regarding the class action suit. I finally have been able to get the attorneys to place it on their web site with a brief description of the case and a copy of the complaint. I would highly recommend anyone intending to vote NO to this "merger" to visit the site and inform yourself. While I brought this suit myself, I was thinking of us all, anyone who would like to join with me on this suit is welcome. Should you feel so inclined, you should contact the attornies directly from the info on their web site. Feel free to email me if you have any NON LEGAL (I am NOT an attorney) questions.
