I agree and it appears the stock is definitely being held down beyond a shadow of a doubt. This transistion will be interesting if they can conclude the financing.

Once that happens then the structure is perfect to be just liquid enough to attract blocks. But the nice thing is the 40:1 makes this a $2.00 AMSC pre split and since it has fall since then We are on the absolute bottom. I will accumulate from this point on.
