<<<<<<If you think Ma Bell will let a little judge like that cost them over 1/2 of their stock valuation of athome (high at 198) then you must be smoking something... <<<<<<<<< Codee,It's been 14 yrs. since I last imbibed but we all know brain cells don't regenerated, I'm stuck with the brain I have.<gg> Nevertheless, If ISP's want to pay for the cost of access, and are willing to pay for the cost of the ride on ATHM's pipes (no $ outlayed by ATHM so far) Why is this bad for ATHM? I believe their growth so far has been retarded by the cable operators ability/willingness to provide LM access to homes. This could be a whole new stream of revenue for ATHM. Someone please help me cuz I just don't see it. Too much time at the beach when I was young I guess.<ggg> Thanks, D.H.
