If you are near a decent city (I don't recall), go to a museum, preferably fine art. Most of them have nice cafes, and the atmosphere is good, and then there is the art itself. Besides, if some guy hits on you, he is likelier to have half a brain...In the evening, find a good deli, indulge yourself with some cheesecake or strawberry shortcake and a chocolate egg cream. Besides, most Jewish men make good husbands:-)...
