Haim; There was an article in Forbes about that over two years
ago, while they were talking of the Nasdaq it also happens on
the NYSE, basically I caution people who short, if you can't do
it without stop loss orders don't play the game.
There is a school of advocates for them but as far as I'm concerned
they are hucksters.

2. Stocks In Strong Finish; Nasdaq Follows Through
A modest relief rally on the milder-than- expected job data turned into a stampede following a court ruling favorable to Internet companies. The Nasdaq shot up 3.2% on higher volume in action that often confirms a change in the market trend from down to up. Net stocks soared in the last hour after an Oregon judge told AT&T it must open its cable lines to rival Internet companies. Bonds finished lower as traders focused on signs of rising wages in the employment report.
