I'm downloading it now and will play ... thanks for the URL! From what I can read they are not going to support streaming from this client though ... they want you to get Microsoft's client ...

This is where I'm confused. If I encode a music file at 24Kbps ... then it shouldn't matter who's product ... it's a 24Kbps encoding. I'm not sure how they can further reduce the compression of the stream without moving to an alternative encoding. Even if they could it seems that the additional compression would be marginal ...

I'll be curious to hear what the "geeks" have to say ...
