Well after having had a person who holds Dell bought at 45 and Schwab bought at 118 threaten to shoot me because of my views, I was being a little temperate, and trying to hold out some hope. I would like to think that there is a sufficient reservoir of inegnuity in the US to pull out of any economic catastrophe faster than Japan has managed theirs. But you may well be right. In any case, we are in the midst of economic insanity, as certain posts on this thread make very clear.
