I think, since these are telecom experts (hah!), you'd have to say 1. the street still doesn't get it and, better still, 2. Q must still have plenty of room on the upside as these mopes, one by one, start to get a glimmer of what's to come and commence to pick up some shares (probably near an intermediate-term top). Monkey boys.
