Re:What's your take on what would happen if this Portland ruling gets overturned?...Mine is that AOL will still reach $175-200 but it may take longer...What do you think?

One thing that I have learned not to do personally on a message board it to speculate openly. Your question is a valid one but I certainly don't have an answer to it that would be bullet proof.

I have read within the last 2 months a very good piece on what the future will hold for the legal relationship between ISP's and the Baby Bells. The consensus seemed to lean toward the fact that the congress will eventually get involved in a small way in order to fortify the already existing legislation that mandates the Bells to open their wires to ISP's.

That might sound like new news but it is really old news under the cable act of several years ago. T is just stalling for time as they try to get their infrastructure in place before AOL has a foot hold on the high speed market. Guess what? AOL is beating everyone to the punch in every field of ISP connection already.

There I go leaving myself open for a few rabbit punches........punch away girls!!!!
