After the issuing of the warrants, I think this company has proven it's got a good business plan and the potential of a buyout one day is very real; although I don't believe it will happen in the near future.

How does SINC in the asian-pacific corridor compare to Global Crossing in the european-atlantic corridor ??

Am I very far off to think that SINC is the early-early stages of a Global Crossing - type company ?

Your telling me that disclosure documents arent necessary. Sounds like you dont want them my business. Anything to hide? I dont care about revenues P& L or balance sheets. I would like to know whos in the deal, who owns stock, what options and warrants have been issued and why. How much cash is in the bank. How many shares out there?

Can anyone answer these Q's or am I going to get a run around answer, telling me i dont need to know anything just buy. Sounds like dangerous hype to me prat9999. Im not adversarial, I am interested in the company, I just think your answer stunk!!!
