Andrew, these WERE NOT insiders. They were restricted stock holders from bartered or initial investments in the company. Most of this overhang is now in the market. They don not need to file S4's, as they are not insiders.

Just click on the individual name filing the 144, and you'll see they are shareholders, not insiders.
