From a trader's perspective.

Today I outsmarted my self in the attempt to get shares at 3/4. Something must be up because noone wanted to lower the ask to close the quote. After the few prints at 3/4, which I missed, selling was done some bidding set in, but no more hits.

Looks like the dough is quite ready. Another thing would be whether the nasdaq would ask them to do another effort to go over 1, by sending them a letter. ...

The problem is, for he convertible holder and seller, it's 20/20 how often reverse'd split and how high, or low the price is. So doing another reverse split and then going to the well, will again depress the stock - to pre reverse'd split levels.

Thats the problem, but anyways, if they manage to stay on and get fresh money on other ways (deals, not equity) they could trade up.
