Come on...the network was privately built and continuingly upgraded with "at risk" money from T and previous owners...and this judge thinks he has the power to dictate what T can do in terms of its business policies...the judge stated he wants competition in the ISP arena...well, there is...broadband is one of many technology that the public can subscribe to for internet connection... no competition is there...don't punish T and athome for superior technology and business forecasting...Plus FCC wants more competition in local telephony services and ATT will give them that if they are allowed to do what makes business sense to them and any logical beings...If I built the damn "pipes" , I will use it anyway I want to use it...Trust me not too many if any will be willing and can afford to upgrade the network...example TCI didn't upgrade their network... Ma Bell will and FCC likes that...Thanks Portland for creating a buying opportunity for my retirement...
