Hi Clueless,

We were indeed going to sue the crook Naveen Jain, and had retained a lawyer for the action. However, three days after Naveen refused to honor his signed contracts, my company was purchased by PGP. The new owners did not feel it was worth their time to go after Naveen for $10,000 - since PGP was a multimillion dollar corporation and was not hurting for cash. After I sold my company, neither was I.

Even though I can't sue him anymore, I still remember people who wronged me. Whenever I meet with other silicon valley execs, I let them know what a crook this guy is. In this area the old-boy network counts for a lot.

I guess if someone stole your car, you wouldn't report it to the police, because that would be admitting that you let someone rip you off. That'll show the crooks how tough you are, you're a REAL man!

By the way, nice call on Infospace's stock price direction. You really DO know everything!! How was your margin call?

AI,
If it splits @ 122 the post split price is 61 or 11 points above your target of 50. That is more than 20% pullback that I find unlikely for a stock with this potential. Eleven points is a lot for a $60 stock but not so much for a $122 stock. A better buying opportunity exists today pre-split at $122
