The guys that I know have "offshore" banking up and running online. And have Canada as well as parts of Europe underway. But as you say it could be "years" before anyone gets it all done...Still it looks like the US Gov would want to mess with it, as it might be too easy to hide money this way. I do know that they offer a strictly numbered acct with no ID required, only password protected. Something that a lot of US people would want. If not only just to keep "their" money away from prying eyes...
