Carole,
I'm a happy user, haven't used the points yet, they do add up if you have a mortgage, I just started having my paycheck deposited and they gave me $20 in points. The only problems I've had were with initial set up the first time I used the Internet and the phone banking (wasn't set up right), since they work great and I am very happy. After approx 2 months I am moving all my banking over to them.
Scott

PS: I absolutely hate banking fee's so it gives me great personal pleasure to not have to worry about a $1000 min balance, I even went into a slight overdraft (which was covered by their overdraft protection), total cost to me in interest charges for the loan $0.01
