I just know every plastic bottle I've ever flown with has leaked. That was my concern. I was thinking air pressure, not heat.

Zeev, the product being shipped is laminate, not the final constructed cells. The electrolyte has not been added yet. See my prior post re: cell construction.

There should be little problem with the stability of the materials during shipment. Since the PR indicated that they'd already shipped materials earlier, and this current shipment was just the beginning of the PO for commercial production, I assume they figured out how to get it there safely.

Of course, Murphy *could* sink the ship. ;-)
