Hey Joe thanks for a real Joe T. post, i just had to get your ire up a little , you remember how boring these saturdays can be. Yes if there is some thing to be done to check out all available information, you do a good job because you have the know how. Yes this is the real francis terry the one who has a lot of mistakes to recover from, not only mistakes but good old folding money too. No we do not get a lot of posting on this thread because no one wants to get tagged as hyper for adre, and most buyers either think this is a real good opportunity or they would not touch it with a ten foot pole. You see sometimes we have to go with a gut feeling. There is an old saying in the game of 42 or shoot the moon and it goes something like this, he who studies long , sometimes studies wrong. There is a time for us all and i do believe this is my time. Off on another topic, do you think mr. greenspan will raise interest rates this time around the 15th or just let us continue to rip and tear along?---Got to check my lines and see if there is any thing on them.----francis terry--Say awlt and nrpi some time is going to be good to us both.
