The POS AM is very smartly written in my opinion (which shouldn't really count for much since I am not an attorney) but, anyone with half-a-brain would see that this piece is a pre-emptive strike against a "shareholder" lawsuit. I put shareholder in quotes because most of these lawsuits amount to nothing more than legal extortion.

I would suspect that Uchimoto had the responsibility over the POS filing. No surprises there and probably as water-tight as you can make one.
