Ha ha. Yes I know. Sometimes one's emotional over-reactions are a good contrarian indicator. Psychologically, one tends to view stocks which have gone down as "worthless" and "dangerous" to hold. Often that's 100% wrong and it's the time to buy more. And vice versa. Of course it can work the other way too. A constant debate.

As for my own judgement, I admit it's all guesswork. I've picked some real winners recently, but have also invested heavily in BKS. Who could have predicted? But what are predictions anyway but guesses? So what's your guess now on the best stocks or sectors to buy? Those which have already gone up, or those which still sit in the dumper? It's a stock-picking game which could be very lucrative now (or not). I have a list of about eight stocks I'm looking at now as "values". I'm wary about the nets, but so many of them are down 50% from their recent highs they're equally tempting. Hmmm.
