Atry, regardless of my name why don't you answer a few serious questions since you know so much.

1) In Robert Chalnicks Bio on NCDR's page it says he was CFO of a public company, which public company was he CFO of ?

from NCDR's home page:

Robert Chalnick
Executive Vice President Finance
Robert Chalnick provides a wealth of financial and administrative expertise to guide Net Command Tech, Inc. in financial planning, tax planning, audits and administrative controls. Mr. Chalnick is a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in Florida, New York and New Jersey) with more than 30 years of business experience. As a partner at Touche Ross & Co., he was responsible for accounting, tax and financial matters for many multinational companies. He has participated in numerous IPOs for client companies and is extremely knowledgeable in Securities and Exchange Commission regulations. He was formerly the CFO of a publicly held corporation. As the president of an investment banking firm, he managed all operations of the company, including raising capital and overseeing the operations of the multiple offices. His was recently the senior vice president of finance and administration for a wavelet technology development company. Mr. Chalnick has a Master's Degree from Baruch College, the city of NY.

2) Mr Bream's bio states he came from Holding Capital Group, would that be this Holding Capital Group ?

Holding Capital Group, Inc.
1326 Fifth Avenue, Suite 735
Seattle, WA 98199
(206) 624-4004
(206) 624-6571 fax

From NCDR's PR:

Bream carries 28 years of business experience during which he has led a variety of companies and corporate divisions in the communications and computer and software industries. Most recently, he was a member and investment banker at Holding Capital Group, Inc., a private investment firm that has acted as principal in more than 200 acquisitions and other investments aggregating to $3 billion in value.

I do have other questions if you can handle these two simple ones.

Jac, if you wouldn;t mind reposting these questions maybe Arty will answer you, he doesn't like guys named Bear, Grrrrrrrrrrrrr

And Arty, what's with this ModernTelnet thing that NCDR acquired on 2/11 according to their PR's. It is amazing that they finally registered their domain name on 3/11 but their site is still a basic nonfunctional page. Quite strange for an internet company not to have a presence opn the web. You can check out their home page here at moderntelnet.com . Now if I add an incorrect extension like /imdex to it I get a page not found but interestingly enough I am taken back to the Shaw Calgary Community Web Page at www.calgary.shaw.wave.ca Now I have done this 3 times just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Do you care to tell us about the Calgary connection? As most know there is an ex-scamster from canada connected to NCDR and we also know that Calgary rivals Vancouver for the title of scammiest stock exchange.

CFO Chalnick is a loser - his last co. went bankrupt & now trades at 5/128.

Here's the story of Robert Chalnick at his only previous stint as an officer of a publicly-traded company:

It's called Digital Products (OTCBB - DIPC), and it's also located in Florida.

Chalnick was hired by DIPC on November 7, 1996
edgar-online.com

He quit January 14, 1997.
edgar-online.com

On April 3, 1997, the co. filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 11
edgar-online.com

The stock now trades at 5/128

What a glorious history for the CFO of a publicly-traded company!

He spent two months on the job. Before he was hired, DIPC was a fully reporting company, but afterwards, Chalnick only filed an NT-10Q to indicate he couldn't file the next 10Q in a timely manner.

The co. never filed another 10k or 10Q. It just went bankrupt. Great job, Chalnick! I look forward to seeing what you can do for NCDR.

Now, here's what Dunavant (the horse-shampoo conman) had to say about Chalnick:

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- William R. Dunavant, president of Corsaire Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NCDR - news), a Fort Lauderdale-based developer and marketer of advanced Internet video/audio broadcast and security products, announced the following appointments to the company's senior staff:

Robert Chalnick has joined Corsaire Inc. as executive vice president of finance. He will be responsible for the company's financial planning, accounting, audits and administrative records. Chalnick is a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in Florida, New York and New Jersey) and has more than 30 years of business experience. As a partner at Touche Ross & Company, he worked with several multinational clients and participated in numerous IPOs. He was also the CFO of a public company and ran an investment banking firm. Chalnick holds a Master's degree in tax and finance from Baruch College.

this bio sort of glosses over the ugly parts, doesn't it?

Arthur, re. <<I strongly suggest you do check into the background of Bream>>

Okay. I took a few minutes to start this. According to a biography with a previous employer, his full name is CHARLES C. ("CLIFF") BREAM. It also says that one of his previous occupations was owning some pay phones : "From 1991 to 1992, he was President and co-founder of Quarter Phone, a provider of on-premise, low-cost pay phone service.

I was curious how successful this endeavour was, since it was a business that he actually ran.

Well, guess what happened in 1992?

To see, check out the next post. I can't say for sure that it is the same Charles Clifford Bream, but you never know!

BTW, I blotted out the social security number to protect the, uh, guilty.

regarding the previous post, and the question of whether it is the same Charles C. "Cliff" Bream as the COO of NCDR:

I found that the name is uncommon.

I checked this two ways:

First, there have only been 4 people named Charles Bream who have died since social security records started. So there probably aren't very many of them living, either. Add the middle name and there's a high likelihood that there's only one Charles Clifford Bream living in the US.

Second, I checked a nation-wide phone listing, and I found that there are only 19 people with phone listings in the US with the last name Bream and a first name that begins with C. Only three of these could have been the same as the COO of NCDR (Charles with no middle initial, C.C. Bream, and Cliff Bream).

Anyway, these checks lead me to believe that there probably aren't more than a couple of people named Charles Clifford Bream in the country, and quite possibly only one.

So that gives you an idea of how likely it is that the COO of NCDR who owned some payphones in 1991-1992 is the same guy who didn't pay his state income taxes during the same time interval.
