Thank you for the thorough explanation. I gather the issue is far from dead and T will have a tough time making business decisions until the issue is resolved.

lml - Thank you for a carefully reasoned post. In further consideration of this issue, I think ATT should issue a statement about their plans. They should do this quickly because of the possible negative impact on their stock and the bonds they have recently issued. If they were to issue a statement that they intend to proceed on a national level as originally planned without regard to the outcome of the decision in the Portland Case, any negative impact on the stock and bonds could be averted. However, if they remain silent, their is uncertainty created by the decision and that uncertainty could have a negative impact. I should add that I do own some Antec stock and the price of those shares could be adversely impacted by this decision.

Ken

lml,

I enjoyed your reporting on this matter, but I get the sense that I/we was/were not privy to all that you have read on the topic. Would you mind posting the urls that you found most substantive, if you deem them to be out of the ordinary [the ones we've all seen here], if it's not a great bother?

While I'm not sure I agree with you on everything you stated, your post was very well thought out, and at the same time, provocative. Thanks.

Regards, Frank Coluccio
