Bob,

Great article in the living arts sections. The writer, Neil Strauss had difficulty using MS Media Player. The problem was in reciprocal. He concluded that security systems would keep internet music from catching on in the near future.

By the way, the title of the article was "Downloading Music From Net Gets A Bad Rap", and the author did not download from Lycos using a T1 line. He suggested that the free downloads from Lycos were quicker, but the amount of info he had to sift through made him "bleary eyed".

I'm sure that most people don't know about MP3 or any of the other codecs. A qick and user friendly system will win out, as long as it's SDMI approved. SDMI approval will gaurantee us a music selection.
