If I were a betting man, I would say that they ARE being compensated.
Oh, I guess I am a betting man, or I would not be holding my shares of TSIG. I have not sold and I just keeping buying a few here and there. It's worth the risk. Jeff

Paul,,I see you stated on the RB thread. "Bubba..My understanding on the PP there is a floor of 0.10."..IMO,you better reread the PP terms..(unless you are purposely spreading this manure) From the Press release "The number of shares registered assumes, conservatively, a conversion price of only $0.10 per share for debentures not yet converted." I think you are misleading Bubba,,although there is a floor,,it is zero..DD
PS:also from the press release "Because the number of shares the company may have to issue when debentures are converted depends on the market price of the common stock, we may be required to issue more shares than we have authorized."
PPS: has anyone one asked Gordon if the "special shareholders meeting to increase the authorized has taken place yet?
