If there is such a large shareholder, he will have to file when
LTGL files and he will have to give advanced notice when he buys or sells his stock

Hi Jens,

Not quite sure how it works is the US but any shareholder that has a larger stake than 10% of the outstanding shares has to file with the pertinent securities commission.

I'm pretty sure this is the case with the SEC too

Kind Regards
