I 150 pound man giving a couple of spanks to a baby has been killing lots of kids in this town. We send the men to jail for life. We bury the kids. Anyone who can not control a kid with reinforcement and admonition should not have a child. Moderate corporal punishment does not exist. Excess force is brutality. No one needs force to control a healthy child. Unhealthy children need love and treatment, not punishment.

Wait just a minute ...... you forget the gender factor. Fathers are easy for daughters to manipulate. Mom's are a pain in the ass.

I liked your post. I would not want to raise my boy alone. My girls are not nearly as aggressive as my boy (and this has been so since they were babies).
