Chris, the $22000 is commendable... Since your method is working for you, why would you take 22000 out of play and put into a car. You could lease a car with an implicit interest rate of 4% or less... and surely you are getting a better than 4% return on the market(s).
Some of the people on this thread/SI readers have the $22000 mark as their weekly/monthly take (hey, there are at least two that take down more than that on a daily basis)... everything is relative... some are working with 10,000; some with 100,000; some with 1,000,000; a few with 10,000,000...

As far as your last paragraph re: egos/foolish/etc... I don't know about you but last time I looked there were mirrors in my house.
