I don't think there's enough inflation to worry about. I think the Fed will take back a half point over the next few months, and the market rallies (because two increases are priced in), then the market may fret this fall over a third increase....three steps and a stumble and all that. I'm just speculating. No script ever plays out exactly.

I disagree with you and think the Web leaders and some of the crushed quality juniors are EXACTLY the right place to be at these prices. I think this is the first serious buying opportunity in the Internet stocks since they took over market leadership in 1997. They have a VERY long way to run. As Prince Citicorp (I can't remember his name!) says of AOL, "That cow hasn't been milked yet."

The days start getting shorter this month. This fall's ecommerce numbers will make last years numbers look pale.

Semiconductors, software, and internetworking indeces look really good here like you say, but from around these levels I think we have a triple coming for the Web stocks.
