Hutch, you make good points, I too believe that the market has few sentiments for one side or the other, just that the smart investors whether large or small are chasing the winning side.

As for Doug AK, he is the MGR guru (or so he thinks) and it is very likely that he is a point person with an agenda. Never the less, I enjoy all of the posts that have some substance to them including those of Doug AK.

Hutch, everything that you has said in the post this is a reply to is correct
under the premise that gold should not support a paper money supply.

Two issues here then:

(1) ...should not support a paper money supply

- why and who benefits

(2) ... did manipulation cause the following ?
