Hello Eddy , Gord and Russett.

Excellent posts from each of you .

I can't agree with Russett's comment that SUF is "dependent" on DB for production or that SA politics is "driving" economic powers out of the country. Marsfontein is 40% SUF , 30% black empowerment and 30% DB. Government policy (more jobs) and the black empowerment equity position means (without any doubt) that the Marsfontein assets will be mined promptly. The marketing contract with DB means a guaranteed buyer for those goods , with cash to the JV within 60 days. The marketing contract is a 10 year deal and extends to SUF's 100% Klipspringer assets -i.e. a guaranteed buyer for those goods.

As for economic powers leaving SA , I am not aware of any of significant departures , but take comfort from the recent entry by Placer Dome and Barrick - they too see the winds of political change as an opportunity.

As for Angola , a great asset that I suspect will shortly be shown as having much greater potential than previously estimated , the co. has clearly paid a significant price to maintain its option there and I agree that the market will want to see some evidence of SUF's ability to safely produce (or some other indication of the liquidity of the investment) before it is reflected in the share price.

Finally , Messina is a NO - BRAINER ; just compare Messina and Stillwater for fun ; if the feasibility proves out , and every indication is that it will , SUF deserves a big-time bump.

Russett , anytime a stock is as thinly traded as this one has been in the last few months it is difficult to determine proper price. I have learned that the markets don't lie and I don't have blinders on. I will say that the FM trading pattern/history in the last few months has been interesting. It's time for SUF to actively and aggressively tell its story to new shareholders. It is a great story that hopefully sooner rather than later will be reflected in the share price.

Regards and a good weekend (what's left of it)
