Les,

I am getting to be a cynical old dog. I rather enjoy
Bill Clinton audition for the Nobel Peace Prize with
Kosovo. His chances were better with the IRA and Hezbolla
on his side than the KLA. Bubba may be a master of
deception and lies in his home turf but when he heads
out into the International Arena and mixes it up with
people like Milosevic, General Ceku, the Russians, and
all the maniacs on the ground, its going to be a long
hot interesting Summer.
