Sword, would you like to explain why you changed your e-mail
address when you started using your wifes account here on S.I.?
When you posted under your other name you had a definite e-mail
address using the initials you now sign off with.
Hmmmmmmmmmm Coincidence? Yeah right?

Since your into soap operas, how come you were privy to Hwangs
resignation before others and who was your high source who was
so upset? I often wondered where you got so much of this
information before it happened.

Hey Bob,

Check out your sources and find out why no PR today.

Also check out the rumor that John Hwang turned in his
resignation today.

Betchya Marty will be selling hard to get him back if it's true. If
Marty doesn't get him back do you think Marty will resign as fast
as he was appointed?

If true ask John Hwang why he resigned.

Dave, I have already been through one SEC investigation. You are
so correct in your statement that anyone who traded on inside
information is in "BIG TROUBLE". There are a few so called
"longs" in this stock who have done just that. Their egos got in the
way and they PM'd way to many people on what they had heard
and even suggested what the recipient should do with the
information. Like I said, If anyone traded on the 27th or 28th of
May with any knowledge of Hwang resigning, they are in deep
trouble. I have kept copies of all my PM's just in case. Be advised
that the SEC does not leave any stone unturned and will seize your
records. They will get your true identity from S.I., even if you have
used your wifes name and credit card to get back in after being
asked not to post anymore.

One thing, it is my belief that TSIG has done nothing wrong
legally, but some of the posters on this thread have, and quite
possibly have damaged TSIG.

Another thing I do know for certain, is that through the
investigation with the SEC I had to provide all of my "Nicknames"
to them and they know who I am.

Regards,

V

Just a light hearted thought

"Moral judgment and condemnation is the favorite
form of the spiritually limited
on those who are less so,
likewise a form of compensation for their having been neglected
by nature, finally an occasion for acquiring spirit and
becoming refined- malice spiritualizes...."
