I agree. I wish he would stop. I don't believe anyone has responded favorably to them, but he doesn't get the hint. Not that he'll listen to me. And then if he does, he'll keep making the little digs at me, which are quite tiresome.

I thought that intelligent conversation was okay. Since it doesn't take up a lot of room, and one may read it or not if one chooses, and respond or not as one wills, I am not sure what the problem is. And no, these are not "discarded philosophical notions" in the sense that you appear to believe...
