Initial startup excuses were acceptable to a point. If Valley Media is still screwing up TSIG and noone else then what is the problem. I want to see a service control reprsentative in TSIG. If the fulfillment center in Irvine is still on the table, then some of the problems will be taken in house. If the profit margins go up at the same time, then there is an additional plus. The additional profits add to the need for less PP money or pay for the service enhancements.
