True, true and true, but is there any growth in the company or in the share price. With the price of gold where it is there is no sense in developing the property or in anybody buying it. That cash is probably just paying salaries, bills and maintenance. I' m holding the stock for sentimental reasons only.

Gold Reserve has moved its official offices to Canada in order to raise funds for Brisas. Given the weak outlook for the POG, they may have some difficulty in getting funds at affordable rates, if they are successful at all in proving project economics. As well, they may have to issue shares. The new Mining Law has still not been passed yet in Venezuela, so this may be factor as well.

So Gold Reserve is far from a no-brainer and remains a speculative stock.

PS. Book value has NO value in determining the value of a mining stock, only the market value of each asset less all liabilities.
