Well, I guess I am waiting to see what you might have to say in reply to yourself. Meantime, I have begun to wonder just what you mean by "Stock Hens," since as far as I can tell you are the only person who uses that expression. From my own direct experience with hens, they used to spend a lot of time sitting on porcelain eggs under the impression that these infertile objects are going to hatch, while the real eggs were taken away and eaten. My own definition of a Stock Hen would be someone who sits on a nest of infertile fake eggs, such as the SCH-egg, the AMZN-egg, the CMGI-egg, the EBAY-egg, and the YHOO-egg.
