Allans Bid of $90 was based on negociation and study by their private firms.

I don't remember the names representing Paul Allan and Gnet but, they were two independant firms that had to establish what fair price Allan was to pay for his investment and for Gnet they were told what price they should accept.

$90 is not a figure that came out of the moon. There is surely a backup to this number. It is for this reason that Mr. Russell stumbled when asked why would someone pay more than $90 when Allan is paying only $90.

For Allan to pay $90 means that he believes and this is fair price.

This is my personal opinion only as to items occuring at the company.

You have the right to disagree. Just don't take it personal.

Just my views.
