Personally, I don't think this is likely, but if you want to see what is could happen, look at the price action of ATIS (Advanced Tissue Sciences)last year. Their approval was "delayed" for further testing. The price fell from 15 to 2.

Cheers,
Jay

Well that's the bet isn't it?? A delay would kill the options, but the stock will just be a longer hold.If this puppy ever got close to 2 bucks its mortgage time!!!That's not goin to happen, after all they are doing procedures now,so we know their close and don't forget on going discussions with the FDA...best of luck to us longs,

Bob

Let's face it.
If the ODP rejects the PMA application we're all dead meat. But it ain't gonna happen. Why would the FDA approve fellow eye in the clinical trials? Why would they approve the current phase 3 trials for moderate hyperopia if the low hyperopia studies were flawed? Why would the presbyopia studies be approved?
Nope, the Panel will recommend approval, and the LTK technology will revolutionize the eye laser treatment industry.
