Both WAVO and WGAT have patents now in place so HSA would have to be going through them to utilize those technologies. They state in the site they are coming in on cable two-way or one-way to cable modem on MSO plant. It has to be a RR weak version of the ATHM network. Only the ATHM network is robust enough to scale to the extent necessary for metro distribution. This is an important proprietary point of patent that T can use in the Portland case.
