Unfortunately my vision of such a battle would be nothing like that piece of sh** movie Independence Day. What a double crock. The best scenario I can envision would be Niven and Pournelle's "Footfall" but a more likely one would be more like Greg Bear's "The Forge of God". A recommended read and a cautionary tale to newborn lamb civilizations about the general advisability of bleating Mama in the tall grass. <edit> The man wwithout the balls? Serving Suggestion.
