Microsoft, and everyone else accused, is not guilty until guilt is proven. Your ability to read minds astounds me. You've passed judgement on people you don't know, and who you've probably never met, let alone had any communication with. You're a lawyer's dream juror -- can be led anywhere. We've not yet entered the world where one must not only provide for their defense, but also provide their own prosecution too. What do you want Microsoft to do? Dig up stuff which looks bad and claim it really is bad too, plead guilty, and roll over and play dead? Would that make you happy? Maybe in this case, but what about when it's your turn? You may not appreciate the checks and balances our society has established to protect our liberty, but there are those who believe they form the foundation of our greatness. Perhaps you'd be more comfortable where successful companies such as Microsoft are smothered before they have a chance to prosper. I'm sure that in this type of environment you'll put your profound mind reading powers to good use and soon prosper beyond Bill Gates' wildest dreams. Cheer up, it could be worse. PW. P.S.
