Just got back from a trip and perhaps you've solved this problem. But MSW has an option to allow you to control how much data is loaded/displayed. If you click down on the date row you will get a window option that allows you to view/alter/save this value in MSW. Check out the settings and adjust them as needed. Click apply and OK. Now this value will become valid for the session, but not for subsequent ones unless you also save this setting in the template (default and/or by its name). Naturally you can have several settings saved as templates if that helps.
