Suzanne,

The thing they have is the facility already in hand and partially staffed. If they go ahead and start the utilization then the overhead begins to be paid. Transferring in anticipation of advancing sales would be a possible aid in the transferal of possibly as much as 1/3 of the service control into the house. Also the additional anticipated profit margin would be locked in for the CD sales increase. Otherwise they may have to let the facility go and restart another time.

I agree, The fulfillment center will help total revenue, since the "handeling" charge would be pocketed by TSIG rather than Valley.
