I expect eBay to be 180 for a few minutes next week, and 160 for a few hours, and the rest in between. Sarmad, thanks for your trading analysis and i am adding a little more: E-bay's float increased from 12M to 30M in the past 2 months. Partial source of the 18M dilution: a. Insiders sales total approx. 4M shares in the past two months b. a secondary offered in 4/99 for $6.5M shares. E-bay's short interest is 4M, total outstanding is 125M and the elephants are probably holding approx. >50% of the float. So I declare the beginning of an open-season for our kind of quick 200 shares short/cover trading style..quick buy/sell for $$ is included too. p.s. E-bay's short interest was 7M in 3/99, cut to 4M in 5/99.
