Under any condition,no shareholder should vote for any of the proposals .White papers are nothing but hype and revenue is what is needed,I hope someone asks how is the production of the .25 tech going at siemens and what revenues are expected not to mention the imbedded licensing agreements status-good luck By the way if stock were at 5 or higher it might be feasible to propose reverse split but then it would not be needed also idanta contributed to delisting of gate in the first place and they want a seat on the board-sure .
