I agree that on-line book distribution is coming, and the big boys will dominate. I believe on-line book distribution will revolutionize the book industry and excite investors. I'm not expecting Merit to dominate. I believe there is a market for their plans, and that they will find their niche in a potentially booming industry. Also the company indicated during my dd they have plans for an Internet Clearing House for internet transactions and an Internet Advertisement site. I have not had time to follow up for any additional info on these plans, but it indicates they have other plans for potential revenue sources. The meeting is now June 12th. Best wishes.
