Reality check! There is no information on K7. It is no availability, no prices published, no yield information, no performance info and as of now, no K7s.

3. Intel needs to sell 3 Celerons to replace one lost Pee-III sale.

I don't disagree with your points qualitatively, but I suspect this number is much larger than 3. It may be approaching infinity.

I place my bet on INTC selling increasing numbers of Servers with high end chips clustered as we move into the next century.
