"We all know why the court-ruling happened in Portland, right? Gee, I wonder Paul Allen has anything to do with that." I highly doubt that. His new 54% owned High Speed Access Corp. IPOd on Friday. That company is subject to EXACTLY THE SAME precedent set by Friday's verdict. Allen is doing the SAME thing T is: gobbling up cable cos. and setting up his own ISP on them. All Friday would mean is that now ATHM is on his cable network side by side HSAC.
