It depends on where the building is located. In the bigger cities ie Vancouver penetration rates typically start at 50% - 60% prior to the marketing team entering the building. In other areas, such as Halifax, we are seeing early penetration levels around 80% - 85% prior to marketing. We have many buildings that are 100%. Our average subscriber penetration rates are around 70% - 75%. Another interesting fact is that we are seeing average monthly subscriber revenues much higher than industry averages, approximately 40$ per month versus $32 as an industry average.
